I trained with Molly for almost a full year, 5 days a week with the goal of having an athletic physique. When I started I weighed 230 pounds and thought there was no way I would be able to accomplish this goal. Some days I would come in ready to work and others I didn’t want to come at all. Molly pushed me everyday to get closer to my goal. She also guided me with what she expected of me when I was not at the gym such as diet and to continue moving throughout the day. Whenever I would doubt myself she would give some sort of uplifting compliment or advice that would get me through to the next day. Molly was patient with me on days I was taking longer to get the workouts done and always seemed to enjoy training and talking to me during the workouts. I could not of done this without her.

Molly's amazing. I lacked the confidence to get a membership at the gym but also to wear a crop top and shorts. So I hired Molly, expecting the worst because I thought I would always hate the gym.
